- Clinical Training: Clinical training for the second professional session shall be provided in accordance with the requirement of subjects as under:
- Department of Roganidana: Clinical Training through specialty clinics and IPD wherein teachers of Rognidana department are consultants
- Department of Agada Tantra through Visha Chikitsa OPD & IPD
- Department of Swasthavritta Through swastha rakshna OPD & IPD
- In addition, the second professional B.A.M.S. students shall be posted to medicine dispensary.
- Examinations: The second Professional examination shall ordinarily be held and completed by the end of second professional session.
- The student who failed in one or two subjects of second professional shall be allowed to keep the term of the third (Final) Professional session.
- The student who failed in more than two subjects shall not be allowed to keep term in Third (Final) Professional session.

A) Kayachikitsa: OPD, IPD and specialty clinics functioning under the department.
B) Panchakarma: OPD, IPD, Panchakarma therapy rooms including preparation room and any specialty Clinics or clinics functioning under the department.
C) Shalya Tantra: OPD, IPD operation theatre (major and minor), any specialty units like sports medicine, marmachikitsa, bhagnachikitsa etc.
D) ShalakyaTantra: Eye, ENT, dental clinic, kriyakalpa and any other related specialty clinics.
E) Streeroga evam Prasuti: OPD, IPD, labour room, procedural room (yoni dhavana, yoni dhupana,yonipichu, uttarbasti etc.), garbha sanskara and other related specialty clinics.
F) Kaumarabritya: OPD, IPD, pediatric Panchakarma rooms and other related specialty clinic.

POST GRADUATION IN PANCHAKARMA COURSE:
INTAKE:
Total intake capacity of students in MD Panchakarma is 3 students per year.
DURATION OF STUDY:
3 years.
RULES & REGULATIONS:
- The student pursuing post graduate degree should work in the Panchakarma department MES Ayurved Mahavidyalaya for the full time as a PG Scholar/ Resident Doctor.
- No candidate is permitted to run a clinic or work in a clinic or other any health care institute while studying in post graduation.
- The student should attend the hospital and other duties as assigned to them during the course of study.
- The student should do house job duties and clinical registrar’s duties in Panchakarma department during preliminary and final course of post graduation.
- The student should attend special lectures, demonstrations, seminars, study tours and such other activities as arranged by Panchakarma department.
- The student should attend a minimum of 80% of training in Panchakarma in all theory and clinics separately during each academic year of course.
DISSERTATION:
The title of dissertation along with synopsis, with approval of the ethical committee constituted by our institute as per regulation of Maharashtra University of Health sciences, Nashik, shall be submitted to the university within a period of six months from the date of admission to post graduation course. The final Dissertation shall be submitted to University before final examination as scheduled by university.
SCHEME OF EXAMINATION:
The post graduation degree course shall have two exams:
- The preliminary examination shall be conducted at the end of one year.
- Final examination shall be conducted on completion of three academic year after admission.
