Student Support And Progression

MES Ayurved Mahavidyalaya follows all the necessary measures to provide necessary assistance to the students to enable them to acquire meaningful experiences for learning at the campus and to facilitate their holistic development and progression. Our goal is to provide students a supportive learning environment, to promote their skills in extracurricular activities; offering them assistance for higher education and to gain employment. Alumni of the institute also contributes for the assistance to the present students in every possible way.

Mission:

To support our students in their development as a community of individuals who are thriving personally and professionally.
To advance this goal, we aim to support an open, caring, and inclusive learning environment at MES Ayurved Mahavidyalaya to serve as an accessible and responsive resource for our students, and to promote the personal, academic, and career development of our students.

Student Support:

Scholarships/Freeships: Students benefited with various Scholarship and Freeship schemes such as DMER for EBC candidates , Adiwasi Karyalaya Pen for ST candidates, Samaj Kalyan Ratnagiri (OBC,VJ,NT,SBC,SC).
Capability enhancement and development schemes: To enhancement of student’s inbuilt capacity and to promote them for better employment.
Training and Guidance for competitive examinations: Institute runs AIA PGCET training program for Internship students.
International Student cell: To render more accessible way for students from other countries to study in India.
Institution also has a transparent mechanism for Student’s grievances- Code of conduct & Students Grievance Redressal Cell, Prevention of Sexual Harassment- Women’s Complaint committee and Prevention of Ragging- Anti Ragging committee.

Student Progression:

There are many pass out students of the institute who appears various State/National/International level examinations. Many of the student’s qualifies these examinations with good ranks.
Many Alumni students from our institute are currently working as Medical officer in Government/ Non government hospitals. A large chunk of students having their own private OPD/IPD set ups and Multispeciality practices.
Several students also pursuing higher education like Post Graduation, MBA, Diploma courses etc. in various government,aided and private institutions.
Placement cell of the institute is functional and provides career guidance about avenues open after graduation i.e Higher education, placements or entrepreneurship.

Institute also has well distinguished active Students Council in place. It serves as a bridge between college administration & students. It promotes the personal, professional progress and development of the students by arranging various activities related to co-curricular, cultural, social, recreational aspects at the institute level. Students actively participates in various Sports, Cultural etc. activities organised by the institution. Numerous awards also received at various State/zonal level Sports and Cultural competitions.
